If you specifically need Workflow Manager, Full Motion Video, or Desktop Server for a particular project they're in the Add-Ons subfolder, but you don't need them to run ArcGIS Desktop. It's also a good idea to install the Data Interoperability and Background Geoprocessing extensions (the other two *.exe files you downloaded), though ArcGIS will run without them. Once downloaded to your computer, click on the *.exe files to install ArcGIS Desktop / ArcMap, starting with ArcGIS_Desktop_1081_175110.exe.Files in subfolders are for older versions of ArcGIS, or contain specific add-ons if you need them for a particular class or project.

These resources-such as a new file geodatabase or a new database connection file-are stored by default in the Favorites folder in your roaming profile and are potentially available on every computer you use. Please follow these instructions to install ArcGIS desktop and your ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap) license provisioning file to complete your software authorization. You can create database resources that are automatically made favorites. A copy of the database connection file is saved to the Favorites folder in your roaming profile. When you make a database connection a favorite, its connection properties are stored and don't need to be provided again when you add the favorite to a new project. A favorite can be added to any project from the Favorites tab of the Catalog pane or the Favorites container in the Contents pane of a catalog view. If you use the same database in many projects, you can make it a favorite. See Connections to cloud data warehouses in ArcGIS Pro.
